For me, the story was a little hard to follow in this manga. It seems a new student who passed the entrance exams at the top of his class, which qualifies him to be exempt from school expenses, along with joining the student council. The student council which is run by a strict, ruthless dictator. Who just happens to be a sexy virgin girl styling a WWII SS-styled hat. Dominatrix appeal, it works for her I think. To me, the plot really doesn’t make much sense, like why she chooses to basically rape (though he isn’t exactly unwilling) him and turn him into her personal little love toy. Perhaps she had a love-at-first-sight thing that isn’t showed in the manga.
Just take a moment to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view.
There’s also a funny little twist in her character, apparently whenever she removes the hat (and apparently it works with any of her hats as shes wearing a visor in chapter 2) her personality seems to dramatically change. Basically, with the hat she’s a tough dominating dictator, without its she’s a shy little girl. Its like she is made for both roles in a S&M relationship, which I see as a win. This manga might be part of a anime that I’m not aware of, which would explain the things in the manga that dont make sense, but even after a google search I still found nothing so I’m assuming the artist just wanted us to use our imagination.
