Promising.
The theme of demon gods enslaving mankind with their lustful
mission isn't uncommon. Sara is. From the looks of her, one
would think that she's either very reserved and feminine or
intellectual and stoic. She broke the stereotype. Sara has
a firm and strong voice, not particularly feminine in the
usual anime definition of it. She has spunk and sometimes
acts like a high school student instead of a high school teacher.
One whiff of Sara's personality, and I found myself getting
interested in this hentai title.
Mija, on the other hand, is your typical she-male demon god(dess?).
There's nothing new to her, except that she could probably
cut those awfully long fingernails. Seeing those sharpened
digits stuck to very delicate male and female parts isn't
exactly appealing. Her victims aren't unique either, but they
do have their own personal little tragedies. Volume one's
story involves two teens, Mayu and Kotaru. Kotaru is secretly
in love with Mayu, and when he notices a sudden change in
her behavior, he trails and tries to save her. Volume two,
on the other hand, shows Sara's soft sideof her falling
in love with a kind co-teacher named Mr. Edo.
Unfortunately, I have only gotten hold of the first volume,
and true to NuTech's very expensive yet very limiting tradition,
it only has one very short episode. As usual, they try to
make up for it with DVD bonuses, that of course, you'd have
already seen after watching the episode anyway. I'll just
be updating this write-up as soon as I see the next installments.
In any case, Mija has average artwork and animation, though
there are a lot of very pretty angles. Hentai scenes are filled
with high school student/teacher orgies and sex with demonic
entities. English dubbing is decent, although the actress
that played Sara could've had a more powerful tomboyish voice.
That would have been more accurate in capturing Sara's essence.
