Title:
Sexorcist
Genre: Action
Credits: 1996 Forest Inc., Kitty Media
Cover Description: By the year 2114, the world is still a
very dangerous place. Although technology has made some remarkable new
advances to our world, those same developments are often used for vicious
and deadly crimes.
Enter Silhouettes, highly advanced and sex starved humanoid robots
that can be controlled by thoughts, even at a distance. Considered to
be one of the most significant technological breakthroughs, their purpose
has been skewed to serve those who only seek money and power.
But our heroines, Rika and Sandy, will soon put a stop to that! When
the voluptuous pair of do-gooders learn there's a corporate conspiracy
involving Silhouettes fighting against each other and humans. Can Rika
and Sandy survive the intrigue as they fall prey to the Silhouette's
relentless sexual encounters? Will they be able to defend themselves
while learning so many new positions?

Based on one of the legendary H-games in history?
Before I begin telling the world how I feel about Sexorcist, there
is one question that has been bugging me since the beginning of
my ecchi anime marathon schedule: Why do scantily clad women always
walk alone in a dark alley in many hentai flicks, with little
to no thought whatsoever about self-preservation? I do wonder
if creators just love fantasizing about our gender being all bod
and no brains, not to mention no instinct.
Having asked that, I can now move on to the rest of Sexorcist.
From the first ten minutes of the film, those who have played
Metal and Lace
will notice the astonishing likeness of M&L's mechas to
Sexorcist's "Silhouettes". Prototype Silhouette
Mimi looks exactly like M&L's Mimi. Are they one and the
same? I have more than enough reason to believe they are,
because I distinctly remember seeing M&L's logo do a cameo
in the underground mecha tournament. The ending credits, however,
indicate that the anime is based on a game of the same title,
developed by Forest Inc. Nowhere did I see any trace of M&L
in the credits. I didn't see M&L's distributor, MegaTech
Software, being mentioned either, although I do remember seeing
Forest Inc. credited in M&L's opening as the original
developer of the game.
Don't ask me about the story, because it's pretty basic (READ:
The summary above says it all). You have cyberdolls that can
fight for you or even have sex...also for you. The most erotic
thing about this is that you feel just about every bit of
sensation your cyberdoll is supposed to feel. I doubt hot-blooded
males will find this exciting, though. I mean, who wants to
watch machines have sex? But if it's rape we're talking about...I'd
rather have the machine raped (even if I have to feel the
sensation), than to have this act done to my person.
The animation is fabulous. There are enough fight scenes to keep
the action fan glued to the screen. My favorite part? Well, it
was where Mimi demonstrated the proper way of silencing sex maniacs.
