so inept, that they depend on private security companies to maintain
the city's safety.
Because of the increase of slums and lower taxes, the police force
has been severely downsized. As a result, the crime rate continues to
climb at an accelerated pace. This is why among the upper middle class
it has become common to hire private security companies to protect themselves.
One such company is the Tokio Private Police.
But just because they're under-manned, doesn't mean they can't take
a little time out to enjoy themselves while they rescue their clientele
from all sorts of villainy. For example, while Manager Shibata manages
his sultry affair with Kieko Yamagami, the new captain of the Mobile
Police Force, he continues to provide inspiration to all of his officers,
that includes Noriko Ibuki, the newest recruit recently transferred
from the infamous Ginza branch, whose tomboyish looks doesn't help her
to get any dates. But never willing to give up, she still finds the
man of her passion on her very own team.

I don't know how other people might feel about this particular
anime, but this is actually the very first hentai that my
romantic persona was able to appreciate. You have a two-episode
feature that revolves around a very insecure, yet very talented,
policewoman who has always been mistaken for a boy. Despite
her tough appearance lies a little girl who had been traumatized
by a previous sexual encounter, making her fear the general
male population and sex itself. Tokio Private Police is a
story about an ugly duckling's road to erotic awakening...
True, the art and animation aren't really that impressive.
The women are well-built and pretty enough, except for our
protagonist. But this certain aspect of TPP is what makes
it more interesting that your usual hentai fare, where overly
endowed airheads normally dominate the spotlight. As for the
h-scenes? I must say there's enough to compensate everyone,
whether your tastes run towards mindless rutting or sweet
and romantic displays of intimacy.
It wasn't the sex that made me watch this title over and
over again, though. Well, of course it was a relief to actually
see normal human beings in lieu of the tentacle-filled non-stop
fornication galore that most hentai publishers are wont to
produce. What made me appreciate Tokio Private Police was
the awkward encounters of one tomboyish girl and one mecha-maniac
freak. This formula effectively had me feeling like a high
school girl again. There is a heart-warming story underneath
the XXX facade that made me feel that series is definitely
too short, but definitely worth every yen!
