This is a sweet little manga, pretty quick and to the point. When his sister is left injured and blind from a car accident, he is left alone to take care of her. In the mists of all this he begins to grow feelings for her, feelings typically not given to siblings. You know what I mean. Of course if you read it you see at the end they’re not actually brother-sister, but I figured I’d keep it in a tag anyway. It is censored but only by thin little white bars, so you wont be seeing in black-bar infested vaginas here. Woo! Enjoy.
